little man was up and happy at 3:30. 3freaking30am. oy. i almost had him back to sleep, and then matthew's pager went off. we both crashed hard around 5am and matthew came up at 7:50 to tell us we'd better wake up and get moving. eeeeps. thank goodness he was leaving late this morning to take his car in to the shop, or we'd have been late for school.
made it out the door on time, dropped the bigs at school, and came home. sam threw a fit when we came in - "siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!!!! go siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide!!" so i grabbed a magazine and let him play outside for a bit. he's currently working on his mini evil knievel skills and trying to subtract years from my life.
new valance, clean desk. okay, so i pushed everything off the desk to take the picture, but it's CLEAN, right?? there are directions and closeups over at fiskarscrafts.com. and go check out the project a day, too - i've got projects up on the 5th and 10th. =)
since my desk was so clean, i made a couple of cards for jennifer mcguire's cards for heroes drive. all stamps are hero arts, pp is october afternoon. i even picked up after i was done, so my desk is still clean. but we won't talk about the floor. ;)
