gardeners digest // april

the gardeners' digest is a monthly blog hop from the garden girls at two peas in a bucket. we'll be sharing what we're working on, what's inspiring us, and some of our favorite products each month. i'm looking forward to getting a little peek into all of the other garden girls' brains! =)

this page kind of took on a life of its own...  and i kind of love where it went. SO not a traditional easter layout - but perfectly ME. i'll apologize right now for the fact that the studio calico wood veneer will probably show up on every page i make in the next little while.

i've had a couple projects go live in the last week - my 2012 : captured class for april (with 18 ways to use washi tape) & my memory keeping monday video.

kind of obsessed with this page by marcy penner. the stitched circles w/ scattered embellies? brilliant.

1. studio calico wood veneer stars : the perfect "this page needs something" accent - small, neutral, great pop of texture.

2. amy tangerine muse thickers : i'm not normally a script alpha sort of gal, but these are just too cool.

3. hero arts / basic grey pb&j background stamp : i can't decide if i want to leave mine as is, or cut it into sections. 

4. crate story teller brads : i love brads. and crate's brads are always my favorite. love the mix.

5. hero arts / studio calico please note stamps : i can't stop putting that approved stamp on everything i do. love the mix of images on this one - it's great for pages or project life.
